Nutrire means “to nourish”, “to feed” in Italian. With formulations crafted by experts with decades of experience, Nutrire cares for the scalp and skin to create the most balanced foundation for healthy hair and abundant growth.

You can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but most orders within the U.S. arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our carrier’s website and monitor its progress until it arrives at your location.

Shipping costs within the U.S. vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. Standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Currently, Nutrire only ships within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Yes, Nutrire offers expedited shipping options for those who need their orders sooner. Expedited shipping rates and delivery times will be available during the checkout process.

If your package is lost or missing, please contact our customer service team at shipping@nutrire.com. Provide your order number and tracking information, and we will assist you in locating your package or issuing a replacement if necessary.

We want to make sure you and your hair feel taken care of. You may return your Nutrire products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@nutrire.com with the subject line “Return”. Returns are charged a handling fee, subject to your order value, which will be subtracted from your total refund.

Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days of processing.

If you receive any Nutrire products that are damaged or are not of the highest quality, we will offer you a replacement free of charge. If you decide you’d like to exchange products for another reason, we are happy to accommodate. To initiate an exchange, please send an email to support@nutrire.com with the subject line “Exchange”. Please provide details and we will be happy to help.

All returned products must be in new and unopened condition. Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a refund in the amount of the original charge (product cost and tax). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All of our products, including our shampoos and conditioners, are safe for color-treated hair, Keratin- treated hair, Brazilian blowouts, chemically-treated hair, and extensions. 

All of our products are vegan & cruelty free. Nutrire products do not contain animal-derived ingredients. We are committed to being a 100% vegan and cruelty-free brand.  Nutrire is Leaping Bunny Certified and will never conduct animal testing on any finished products, ingredients, or formulations.

Nutrire products are produced without the use of sulfates or parabens.

Nutrire shampoos, conditioners, and T.2 NIGHT serum are gluten-free. T.1 DAY serum contains a special performance blend (wheat amino acids, soy amino acids, arginine HCI, serine, threonine, and TRIstat E) , which may contain trace amounts of gluten from the raw material starting point. If you have concerns about an allergy, we suggest consulting with a healthcare professional before using any Nutrire product.

Yes! All Nutrire products are extension-safe for human hair, synthetic, combination extensions, and wigs. This also includes color-treated alternative hair. We always recommend consulting with your hair stylist for the best application tips tailored to your hair care routine and testing any new product on a few strands before usage on a full set of extensions or wigs for precautionary preferences. 

Although we choose every ingredient carefully, we recommend consulting with your doctor before adding anything new to your routine during breastfeeding or pregnancy.

T.1 DAY: Use as a daily treatment on freshly washed, damp hair. Fill 1 dropper full and evenly disperse directly to scalp. Massage in with fingertips. Do not rinse. Style as usual. Use after every wash for best results. You can also find a quick how-to video HERE.

T.2 NIGHT: Use as an overnight treatment on dry hair. Fill dropper full and evenly dispense directly to scalp. Massage in with fingertips. Leave on overnight and rinse prior to shampooing in the morning. You can also find a quick how-to video HERE.

T.2 NIGHT is for gentle exfoliation while you sleep 2-3 times a week, and T.1 DAY is an overall nourishing powerhouse 3-4 times a week, or daily. T.2 NIGHT removes product build up, flakes, excess oil and debris so your follicle is less disrupted, your scalp is less irritated and more balanced. T.1 DAY is a multivitamin for your follicle, a functional lightweight serum that has all the nutrients your follicle and scalp need to move towards its healthiest, nourished state.

Yes. Our T.2 NIGHT scalp serum was specifically formulated and clinically proven to decrease the presence and appearance of mild flakiness, irritation and excess sebum. It helps gently exfoliate while adding hydration and balance to the scalp. Based on a 6-week clinical study on 30 diverse subjects using T.2 NIGHT, consumers experienced a 45% reduction in scalp dryness, 50% reduction in flakes, and 34% increase in skin hydration. 

T.1 DAY will last 35 days, using it 3-4 times a week. On average, T.2 NIGHT will last 30 days, using it twice a week.

Stopping Nutrire scalp serums won’t harm your hair, but you may notice a lack of balanced scalp, more shedding and lack of bounce in your hair strand and health.

No, as long as you follow dosing directions! We formulated Nutrire to have the ultimate functionality. We wanted to be sure when applied, especially T.1 DAY that it was lightweight and left no residue. Although T.2 NIGHT is more dewy, it’s meant to be washed out the following morning. Your styling routine will not be impacted by left over residue, heavy product, or wet roots. 

Yes. Both serums can be applied on dry hair. However, for best results, we recommend T.1 DAY serum applied to damp, freshly washed hair before styling. T.2 NIGHT serum is recommended to be applied to dry hair as a pre-wash treatment the night before you shower.

This is normal and should be expected! Our scalp serums have some natural extracts, which tend to have lot-to-lot color variation. This can contribute to the final color variation.

We recommend consulting with your doctor or health provider. 

Our scalp serums have a lot of intentionality behind them along with being clinically proven. We created them to fit perfectly into your existing hair and skincare routine. They are clearly positioned when and how to use them, with clear intention on the why. We realized the scalp serum market was broad and vague on what it does, when you should use it and how, so we took the guess work out and applied the same principles you know and love from your skincare routines and applied it directly to our two scalp serums.
